I had to return my order, the refund process was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Support replied, sure, but I had to chase them more than once like it was somehow my job to keep things moving. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience ever, but they definitely made it harder than necessary, and now I’m not exactly eager to order again anytime soon. They really need to fix how they handle returns

It was hard to stay motivated because there wasn’t much accountability. I kept waiting for more check-ins or some kind of follow-up, but it never really happened. If I’m basically left on my own the whole time, give me a break, that’s not exactly setting me up to stick with it.

I tried it and honestly... I was still hungry after. It was okay I guess, just didn’t really fill me up the way I expected

I really wanted to like this, but I just couldn’t get past the taste. Everything came off bitter and kind of grassy to me. To make it more annoying, I tried it at the worst possible time when I was already hungry and hoping for something good, so the disappointment hit even harder

I gave dherbs a try mostly because the ingredients looked clean and simple, which I really liked. It just felt better than taking something packed with random fillers. A few of the capsules also had a strong smell or taste, which wasn’t my favorite. Not terrible at all, just not something I felt super excited about for the price.

That said, I did have to read between the lines a bit. There’s a lot of information, and sometimes it felt like more than I needed, while other times I still didn’t get the exact answer I was looking for. Overall, it’s a decent site, just not always as straightforward as I hoped

It wasn’t some massive difference, but it was still frustrating because billing should be clear before they charge you. I ended up dropping about 8 pounds, which was great. The taste was okay, not amazing, but definitely manageable. My only real issue is the price, it feels a little expensive for what it is.

My order from dherbs.com showed up fast, which I appreciated. The package had a small dent on one side, so I assumed it probably got knocked around a bit during shipping, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged or leaking. The bottles were sealed and wrapped well enough, and everything looked fine once I opened it. The packaging wasn’t perfect, but it did its job, so I’m not really upset about it.

I had a easy time ordering from dherbs.com. The site worked fine for me, pages loaded quickly, and checkout didn’t drag on. I’m probably a little biased because I really appreciate a simple checkout process, but overall it was a good experience. My only complaint is that I wish the product info was easier to compare side by side...

I ordered from Dherbs and, to be fair, I understand shipping can sometimes get delayed. But this took way longer than expected, and the tracking didn’t update much at all, so I kept having to check on it myself. The delivery estimate made it seem like it would arrive much sooner, but it ended up coming much later. I also reached out to customer service, and they didn’t really give me a clear answer. I think it’s only fair for customers to get accurate shipping info and better communication. For me, it just wasn’t worth the wait

I really wanted this to work for me, but after just two days I started getting cramps and feeling sick, and I kept hoping it would pass because sometimes new stuff takes a little time to adjust to, but it just made me too uncomfortable to keep going.

I tried the Dherbs diet plan thinking I could probably push through it, but it was a lot harder than I expected and the rules felt really strict, especially when I was trying to get through normal work days and figure out what I could actually eat without making everything feel like a whole project. I can see how it might work for someone who already eats super clean and has their meals planned out all the time, but for me it ended up feeling more stressful than helpful, and I really wish there were more gradual steps or simple meal ideas because I ended up stopping early.
